• Exchange Policy:
  Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
  The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Refunds:
  Refunds are only offered in case of a damaged or wrong item received.
  Proof of damage (photo/video) must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Non-Returnable Items:
  Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
